- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
- Cooking spray or oil
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and a bit of water, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Lay a tortilla flat and evenly spread a portion of beef on half of it. Top with cheese, cilantro, and jalapenos.
- Fold the tortilla over to create a half-moon shape.
- Cook in a skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat, about 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice into wedges, and serve hot with salsa or sour cream.
