- 1 pack of wonton wrappers
- 1/2 pound ground pork or chicken
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 4 cups chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix ground meat, chopped green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place a teaspoon of filling in each wonton wrapper and seal the edges.
- Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pot.
- Add wontons to boiling broth and cook for 5-7 minutes or until they float.
- Serve hot garnished with additional green onions if desired.
Notes
- Ensure the wonton edges are sealed tightly to prevent filling from escaping.
- You can freeze uncooked wontons for future use.
