- 1 pound store-bought tortellini
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Combine cooked tortellini with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with basil leaves before serving.

- For extra flavor, add cooked chicken or mushrooms.
