- 4 dumplings
- 2 soft-boiled eggs
- 2 cups fresh greens (spinach, bok choy, or arugula)
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 servings of ramen noodles
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Sliced green onions
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pot, bring broth to a simmer. Add soy sauce and sesame oil for flavor.
- Add dumplings to the broth and cook until heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare soft-boiled eggs by boiling eggs for 6-7 minutes, then peeling and halving.
- Place cooked noodles in bowls, ladle hot broth and dumplings over noodles.
- Top with halved eggs, fresh greens, sliced green onions, and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken or vegetarian dumplings based on preference.
- Adjust soy sauce for saltiness.
- For extra flavor, sprinkle with chili flakes or add a drop of hot sauce.
