- 8 oz spaghetti or favorite pasta
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Stir in spinach leaves and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
- Mix cooked pasta into the skillet, tossing to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and garnish with basil before serving.
Notes
- You can add crushed red pepper flakes for extra spice.
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
