Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound (450g) of spaghetti or fettuccine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, butter, and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
- Return the cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or milk.
- Feel free to add peas or mushrooms for extra flavor and texture.
