- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz crispy bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Fold in shredded cheddar, bacon, and green onions.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve hot with crackers or sliced bread.
Notes
For an extra crunch, sprinkle more bacon on top before baking. Can be prepared a day ahead and reheated.
