- 2 large apples, peeled and diced

- For Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and vanilla, then add to dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
- Fold in diced apples.
- Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, prepare glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Once baked, drizzle the glaze over the warm fritters and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top before glazing. You can also serve with vanilla ice cream for added indulgence.
