Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and vanilla, then add to dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  4. Fold in diced apples.

  6. While baking, prepare glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
