- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- 4 small flour or spring roll wraps
Instructions
- Spread sweet chili sauce over the cooked chicken in a bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Lay each lettuce leaf flat on a plate and evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each leaf.
- Add sliced peppers, green onions, and cilantro on top of the chicken.
- Wrap the lettuce around the filling, folding the sides inward to contain the filling.
- If using wraps, roll tightly and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Serve immediately with extra chili sauce if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp for variation.
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less chili sauce.
- Serve with a side of steamed rice or salad for a complete meal.
