A quick and easy recipe for sweet chili chicken wraps that are perfect for lunch or dinner, combining tender grilled chicken with spicy-sweet chili sauce and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • 4 small flour or spring roll wraps

Instructions

  1. Spread sweet chili sauce over the cooked chicken in a bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  2. Lay each lettuce leaf flat on a plate and evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each leaf.
  3. Add sliced peppers, green onions, and cilantro on top of the chicken.
  4. Wrap the lettuce around the filling, folding the sides inward to contain the filling.
  5. If using wraps, roll tightly and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
