- 1 lb ground beef or chicken
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, mix sweet chili sauce and soy sauce. Pour over meatballs.
- Cook on low for 4 hours or until meatballs are cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef, and adjust spice levels by adding red pepper flakes if preferred. Serve with rice or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
