- 4 cups sliced peaches
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine peaches, raspberries, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Transfer fruit mixture to a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and cold butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the fruit.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle with cinnamon or add a splash of lemon juice to the fruit mixture before baking.
