- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag frozen Tater Tots (about 32 oz.)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large skillet, cook ground beef or turkey until browned. Add chopped onions and garlic; cook until onions are translucent. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and sour cream; remove from heat.
- Spread the meat mixture evenly in a greased baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Arrange frozen Tater Tots over the cheese layer. Sprinkle additional paprika or seasoning if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until Tater Tots are golden and crispy. For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes, keeping a close eye.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve hot with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
