Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment.
- Melt butter and mix with sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, mixing well.
- Sift cocoa, flour, baking powder, and salt into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until edges are set but center is fudgy.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
