Instructions

  2. Melt butter and mix with sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Sift cocoa, flour, baking powder, and salt into the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until edges are set but center is fudgy.
  8. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
