- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 12 sausages or mini hot dogs
- 1 egg, beaten
- Sesame seeds or poppy seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unfold pastry sheets and cut into strips wide enough to wrap around sausages.
- Place a sausage at the edge of each pastry strip and roll to enclose completely.
- Arrange pigs in a blanket seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with seeds if using.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

- Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dips.
- Can be prepared ahead and baked just before serving.
