- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, mash ripe bananas with a fork.
- Add melted butter and vanilla, mix well.
- Stir in baking soda, salt, and sugar.
- Fold in flour until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chocolate chips or walnuts.
- Use very ripe bananas for sweeter, more flavorful bread.
