Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  6. Cool completely before filling.
  7. Prepare filling by beating butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and icing sugar until smooth.
  8. Spread filling between two cookies to assemble the pies.
